Seller Guidelines

List your goods, support a nonprofit you care about, and make every sale count. Here's what to know before you list.

What you can sell

You can list items you made, own, or are authorized to sell. Each listing must include an item source:

• Handmade: items you made yourself
• Secondhand: pre-owned items in good condition
• Upcycled: items you repaired, redesigned, or transformed
• Sustainable Brand: products from a sustainable brand

What you can't sell

• Print-on-demand items
• Dropshipped or third-party fulfilled items
• Mass-produced goods from bulk suppliers or marketplaces
• Counterfeit, replica, or knockoff items
• Illegal, stolen, or unsafe items
• Listings with misleading descriptions or false sourcing claims

List honestly

Use accurate photos and descriptions, disclose any flaws, and choose the item source that best fits.

Ship on time

Ship within 5 business days. Package items securely, and contact the buyer if anything comes up.

Fees, donations, and payouts

• 5% goes to Elefam as a selling fee
• At least 15% goes to your chosen nonprofit. You can always give more.
• You keep the rest

Payouts are processed after delivery is confirmed. Funds may be held during disputes, refunds, or chargebacks.

Your nonprofit

Choose a nonprofit to support through your sales. You can update your selection anytime in account settings.

Enforcement

Violations may result in listing removal, suspended selling privileges, or a permanent ban.
