WHAT YOU CANNOT SELL:
- Dropshipped items from Temu/AliExpress/Alibaba/wholesale suppliers
- Items you did not make, thrift, or refurbish yourself
- Counterfeit, replica, or knockoff items
- Prohibited/illegal items
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ship within 5 business days of purchase
- Accurately describe item condition and disclose any flaws or damage
FEES & PAYMENTS:
- 20% marketplace fee: 5% to Elefam + 15% to your chosen nonprofit
- You keep 80% of each sale
- Payouts processed 7 days after delivery confirmation
- Funds held during open disputes
NONPROFIT IMPACT:
- Choose from over 1 million nonprofits to support
- 15% of every sale automatically goes to your chosen cause
- You can change your nonprofit selection anytime in settings
ACCOUNT VIOLATIONS:
Violating these policies may result in listing removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
